IT Helpdesk Ticketing System
Web-based IT support ticketing system for the Youth & Sports Development Department. Designed structured request tracking and user access flow to improve issue visibility and response efficiency.
Task Tracker
Full-stack task manager with user accounts, full CRUD, priorities, tags, due dates with overdue highlighting, and filtering and sorting. Backed by a FastAPI REST API with bcrypt password hashing and JWT authentication.
